We recently purchased a waterfront home, and had an excellent experience with Kathy. We relied on her for valuable insight that we didn't have when it comes to coastal living. She was honest about the pros and cons of different homes, floorplans and locations. She was also very responsive in a tight market when timing is key. After patiently looking for quite some time, we ended up with a home that fits our needs and stands above some of the rest in a hot market!
