My experience this past month has been nothing short of amazing. She texts, emails and calls most importantly she worked around my hectic schedule. Agents like her are very hard to come by, especially now with what we are all facing. She is available anytime and will respond back to you almost immediately. ZillowVERIFIED If I had the option to giver a 0 instead of 1 I would. I was in a market to rent a bigger place then currently in and I found one. Kathy Szram was the realtor showing the place at first everything was good, seen the place liked it a lot also I wanted my husband to see it before we make a decision. Called her couple times never answered her phone so finally after so many times calling her she told me she will get back to me and never did. So I called a realtor that I worked with before to show us the place and my husband liked it also so we decided to get it. Next morning I get a text message from Kathy Szram saying that I cant believe you switched me!! Forget about the property you dont qualify for it!! I was shocked to see that what kind a person does that just because she wont get the full amount for the service. She made a decision based on her liking not my qualifications I think thats wrong and unprofessional, selfish, greedy. As a shopper I should be able to use any realtor I want and i has to because she would not return any of my calls. Please buyers / renters be advise from her if you have the option to use some else do it or you will go through what I did.

A friend recommended Kathy to us and from the first meeting, it was a whole new experience. Questions were answered immediately, she was available day and night, or would quickly text back stating when she would be able to call us. When out at showings with Kathy we saw her other clients getting the same treatment. Kathy was very patient with our fairly strict requirements and ultimately was able to help us find a place that met our needs. Once we found a place we liked, Kathy helped us negotiate through the contract with a difficult seller who was trying to avoid paying for the inspection repair requests. She held our line, and they ended up meeting our requests and signing the paperwork at the last possible moment.
