Kathy is the realtor you should work with! My husband and I are both 24 and were looking to buy our first home. We were worried about a realtor trying to take advantage of us because of our age and inexperience in the market. We both left feeling like we understood what we should expect and what we needed to do to prepare for buying a home. Several months later, when we felt ready to start touring houses, we reached out to Kathy.
