Kathy is the realtor you should work with! My husband and I are both 24 and were looking to buy our first home. We were worried about a realtor trying to take advantage of us because of our age and inexperience in the market. Kathy invited us into her office for an educational meeting to explain what buying a house looked like, with no pressure. We both left feeling like we understood what we should expect and what we needed to do to prepare for buying a home. Several months later, when we felt ready to start touring houses, we reached out to Kathy. Kathy was a wealth of information and was always honest about the benefits and flaws she saw at each location. She responded to questions and touring requests quickly. My husband and I always felt well-informed and supported. My parents met her at closing, and were blown away by how supportive, knowledgeable, and caring she was! I cannot recommend her more!
