Kathy deservers more than 5 stars. She is very responsive, knows her market, has excellent negotiating skills. She spent countless hours showing us many homes as we had a specific type of property we wanted. She was very patient and kind as my young kids were usually in tow. Not only was she searching for our new home but she was also selling our old home. Once she found the right buyer, we now had a time crunch to find and move into our new home and out of the old one.
