My fiancA(C) and I are both first time homebuyers and it's a daunting task but, Kathy made this process so smooth. She was available at all times during the day to talk. And always made herself available when we wanted to look at properties. We put in a few offers and unfortunately were denied. But, Kathy was confident and positive that we would find our home and we did! After we were accepted she gave us a bunch of recommendations in home improvement options. Kathy deservers more than 5 stars. She is very responsive, knows her market, has excellent negotiating skills. She spent countless hours showing us many homes as we had a specific type of property we wanted. She was very patient and kind as my young kids were usually in tow. Not only was she searching for our new home but she was also selling our old home. Once she found the right buyer, we now had a time crunch to find and move into our new home and out of the old one. We found a great house and property, she negotiated with the sellers to get us into the home within a few weeks. She even went so far as to help us move some stuff out of our house which was way above and beyond. I highly recommend Kathy and her company . She has dedication, discipline and integrity.
