ZillowVERIFIEDI inquired about a home that she was managing for rent. I lost the opportunity to rent the house because communication was extremely poor. I followed all of her instructions to apply for the house, I know for a fact my income qualified and my background check is very clean. I am a business professional and was left messaging her for two months with no response until she finally responded saying the house was just rented. Wasted time, money and energy trying to secure the house and lost out on other opportunities because this was my #1 option and the listing was up the entire time I was trying to get communication from Kathy.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Samuel is an excellent realtor, and she's an easy person to work with during what can sometimes be a very stressful time. She is always available by phone, text or email. When our home was in escrow, she followed up with us on a daily basis, and she found a solution for every problem that came up. I'm not gonna lie... we had quite a few problems! The sign of a GREAT agent is the ability to get past the problems and move forward with the sale! I would highly recommend Kathy Samuel for anyone who wants an agent with extensive knowledge and great customer service!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Kathy Samuel to sell our house was a pleasure. She is a consummate real estate professional and very knowledgeable about the local market. Kathy also proved herself to be very easy to work with. We had not planned on moving, but a house we loved came on the market and we bought it. We wanted to sell our Dana Point home quickly and for the best price. Kathy is such a pro, she jumped right in, helping us with pricing, staging and marketing our home. It sold in eight days with two offers from the time it was put on the MLS! She kept the escrow process running smoothly, and coordinated the timing of our closing with our moving into our new home dates. We highly recommend Kathy, and would definitely use her services again. You will see. You wont be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We are out-of-state investors, and Kathy had been great with keeping us updated on market trends in Dana Point, our development, and our street for years before we ever met in person. When we decided to sell our Dana Point house, we knew we wanted to list it with her. Kathy brought us 4 offers in the first several days it was on the market (in a market not particularly "hot"). We highly recommend Kathy if you are buying or selling in the area. She was thorough, has great communication skills, experience, knowledge of the market and market conditions, excellent local resources and relationships, and got the job done in a very efficient manner.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Kathy at an open house, and she has since helped us purchase property and also sell property. Kathy is highly professional , very responsive, and in all honestly a delight to work with. Kathy has helped us out with so many little things which went far above and beyond her remit- to which we are very grateful. When the time comes again- we wont look anywhere else for professional assistance - and I wont hesitate to recommend her to our local friends/ contacts. Thanks Kathy! ( The Ratcliffes )

ZillowVERIFIED This is our third time in five years at utilizing Kathy to help us with our real estate transactions. There are many realtors that will list your home, Kathy will sell it!! We made the decision to sell our house in early December and we were going to wait till the first of the year to list it. However, after speaking with Kathy she helped us understand that we were in a desirable area and should consider listing right away. We made the decision to list and in a week she had our home staged, had photos taken, a home brochure produced. conducted three broker open houses and a public open house. Within that week we had two offers with one being a cash offer very near our asking price. We accepted the cash offer and closed on the sell of our house on December 31st.We trust Kathy's advice and guidance and she has never let us down. We highly recommend Kathy not only because of her knowledge and expertise but because of her high integrity and ability to produce results for us.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy is the go-to person in south Orange County to sell your home. By following her advice, our property was effectively marketed to a wide group of potential buyers and quickly sold. She guided us through price negotiation and closed the sale without unnecessary delay. She even took the additional step of ensuring a last minute repair was completed after I left the area. I strongly recommend Kathy and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy used her local knowledge and contacts to reach out to us with an opportunity we would not have been exposed to under normal conditions. We had an extraordinary set of circumstances calling for a contingent offer which she was able to navigate on our behalf. She then marketed our home and was successful in meeting our highest expectation in selling quickly and for a price point that we hoped for. We had an unusually difficult escrow process with the home we purchased but Kathy got us through it and we are now happy to be where we are. I would highly recommend Kathy!

ZillowVERIFIED I just bought my 'forever home' in Nigel Shores through Kathy Samuels. Fabulous experience working with her! Highly recommend her. Knowledgeable, savvy, EXTREMELY responsive . . . I could go on. All of this was critically important as I'm from out of town and spend most of my time working globally. She was cognizant of that and worked in sync with my schedule and time zones. For a stress free experience, I recommend working with Kathy!

ZillowVERIFIED We moved from Northern Calif. and Kathy helped us over and beyond simply being a Real Estate agent. At one point we pulled out of a deal that we thought was not the right deal or house for us 3 days before closing and no problem. She just went to work for us all the more harder. When we found what we wanted in the area we were already here and staying with relatives. She expedited the sale quickly for us and we are forever grateful. Very reliable agent and always quick to respond to our calls. Thank you Kathy, from our hearts.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy made good on all her promises. The house could have been a difficult sell due to the amount of work necessary. The property was not ready for the MLS and we had just started work. Kathy brought the correct buyers to the property. We had multiple offers and sold the property before we had to do any repairs. I would highly recommend Kathy.

ZillowVERIFIED I was new to selling in the Dana Point area. Kathy helped me understand what was realistic if I wanted to sell in that market in a timely fashion. She helped me stage and sell the house quickly and for the optimal price at that time. She listened to my concerns, then helped me through the selling process long distance. I felt she was looking out for my best interest even when she was representing both the buyer and the seller. She was ethical, professional, hard working, and a pleasure to do business with, I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Although Kathy is a very busy realtor with many clients, she treated my husband and me as though we were her only clients. She was able to identify properties that were within our price range and had the features we were looking for. When we decided to rescind an offer we had made, she graciously handled the paperwork without recrimination. In every way, Kathy is a consummate professional. We highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Before we met Kathy, we had been looking for a home by the beach, from San Clemente to Huntington, for more than a year. We met Kathy at an open house in Dana Point. She was very friendly, professional and familiar with all the houses in the area, that we had already visited, and helped narrow down the choices to a beach home that she helped us purchase. She handled the negotiations, set up the inspections, answered all our home buying questions and we closed in 5 weeks. It was a wonderfully simple process. We liked Kathy so much that we asked her to help us sell another home we had. We took her suggestions to stage the home, set a competitive price and we sold the home in 3 days. Yes, 3 days with multiple offers. We have been extremely fortunate to have met and worked with Kathy and would recommend her to help you with buying or selling a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy is one of the most professional real estate agents I've ever worked with. She took the time to find out what type of home I was looking for, my price range, what I wanted from my home and took me only to properties that matched what I was looking for. I've heard nothing but horror stories from people buying homes. My home buying experience went off without a hitch and I thank Kathy for the ease in helping me find my perfect home. There was no hard sell, pushing me into thinking I wanted something I wasn't really comfortable with or rushing me into a commitment. I highly recommend Ms. Samuel to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She has a client for life with me. Thanks Kathy.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I recently used Kathy when we decided to sell our Dana Point condo. Selling your home can be stressful but she always made herself available to us and made sure to let us know when new developments arose every step of the way. Her familiarity with the area and her 30+ years of expertise combine to make her an excellent, knowledgable negotiator. She marketed our property with high end photography and advertising and held multiple open houses. In the end, we sold the condo over the listing price! We highly recommend anyone to engage Kathy Samuel as their realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were only going to sell our home if we got the price we wanted. Kathy listened to us, understood our situation around price and respected our time in showing our home to the most qualified buyers. She worked hard for us with several open houses in which we got very impressive results. We felt that Kathy always had our best interest in mind. When we did sell our home, Kathy was right there to help us find a new one. At that time the market was tight and the community in which we wanted to live in had limited homes available. Kathy identified a house that went on the market at 3:15pm, made an appt. for my husband and I to see it at 6pm that night. We made an offer by 8pm that evening and she helped us purchase the house by noon the next day.Kathy is knowledgeable about the market, she will work hard for you and she truly cares about her clients best interests. My husband and I highly recommend Kathy Samuel.
