Kathy Patterson

Kathy Patterson has been one of Southeast Indiana's top producing agents since 1997! She was chosen as Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce "Business Woman of the Year 2003" by the Board of Directors of the Chamber, both for her performance in real estate & her role in the development of a highly successful real estate company! Her specialties include Waterfronts, Relocation, New Construction & Premier Properties. Her personal experience in moving to the area has given her a good understanding of the needs and concerns of clients relocating from long distances or across town. Kathy re-located into the Southeastern IN area in August 1994 and has since made a tremendous name for herself in the real estate market. Kathy graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and went on to earn 2 Masters Degrees and graduate as Valedictorian from her department at the University of Michigan.
