Instead of falling into them, Kathy led us through the hazards of homebuying with wisdom and a smile. Kathy never led us astray, we never felt an iota of pressure, and she was kind and personable throughout the entire process. She was always available, and I can't think of a single time I asked a question that wasn't answered within 24 hours, and usually much more quickly than that.
