ZillowVERIFIED Kathy was an absolutely invaluable resource as we were navigating the purchase of our home. She was consistently available, answered any and all questions we had whenever they came up, and asked all the right questions on our behalf during both the home shopping and closing processes; many of which we meant to ask but had forgotten given the many stresses that come with shopping for and purchasing a home. Throughout our purchase, Kathy was consistently professional and comforting in keeping us encouraged, excited, and on course in getting us into the place were both happy and proud to call our forever-home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy is not only a friend but an excellent realtor. One of the biggest events of my life was selling my childhood home of 33 years to move out of state for a simpler life. From day one she did everything with the utmost knowledge and professionalism and talked me off the ledge on more than one occasion! From the day the for sale sign went up till closing she was there for us every step of the way. I would never use anyone but her. We sold and closed on our house in less than three months. I cannot convey in words how amazing she was and highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Metz was the kind of Broker you would want. She listens to you , responds to your concerns and helps you through the process. We did not live in the house we were selling. In fact we lived in a different state. Kathy assured us that she would take care of the sale and she vouched for the agents who would be showing the house. She had the house on the market for two months and it was sold. She's terrific. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Since 1997, I have had the pleasure and good fortune of dealing with Kathy Metz on a number of occasions, both buying and selling houses and condos. She is a knowledgeable, top-notch real estate agent. She works closely with her clients to help them find the house, condo or co-op that is perfect for them. She is honest when evaluating the pros and cons regarding each of the properties being considered. If she notices something that could possibly cause a problem in the future regarding a particular property under consideration, she will mention it to the client. She is meticulous with the paperwork and with explaining what must be done at each step along the way. She also makes herself readily available for any questions her clients might have.Kathy wants to help people find the home of their dreams. She gives as much information as she can regarding the properties she shows her clients so that they can make an educated decision. But she never puts pressure on them to buy. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property. This is a special word to first-time home buyers: Entering into the world of real estate can be a bit overwhelming. Kathys knowledge, her insight and her professionalism will allay any fears or misconceptions you might have. She is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED We enlisted Kathy's expertise in selling first our mother's home in Deer Park and then our Condo in Wading River, very different homes, buyers and marketing needs. The home in Deer Park was an older home that needed updating and loving care and we had multiple offers and inspections. Kathy guided us through the 6 month journey and was at all phases to get us to closing. The home in Wading River was new, and sold quickly, also with multiple interest. Kathy furnished us with the information to determine the buyers that fit our price point, time line and ultimately close.

She came to know our personalities and used that knowledge to find us a great combination of a great house in an incredible neighborhood that we otherwise would not have known about. Kathy was quick to answer any questions we had via email and text, and was very honest and helpful. As first-time home-buyers, there's so much information and research that goes into the process, and she helped us with every step. She was able to recommend home inspectors, a great lawyer, surveyors - everything! Kathy is so nice, understanding, and wonderful. I highly recommend her to everyone!
