This is the third time my husband and I have worked with Kathy McDonald. We always appreciate her positive professionalism. Her years of experience are apparent in all aspects of the real estate market. Weather she is selling a home or helping you buy one. We value her expertise and often ask her for advice. We recently purchased a home from her that required a septic, pool, home, termite and appraisal inspection. Her assistant arranged to have them done all on the same day. We didn't have to do thing. All the people that Kathy works with are just as friendly and professional as she is. We know we can trust her for good contacts which is another reason why we enjoy working with her. Kathy is dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring. She gets the job done!

Kathy and Lisa were absolutely amazing when it came to listing and selling our house. So amazing that we were under contract within 24 hours of it being on the market. If you're selling in Camden county, why wouldn't you want a home town girl with intimate knowledge of the area? She can tell you the good and the bad. I'd recommend her for buying or selling.
