They took amazing photos, handled all the showings, did the credit checks, helped us with the lead inspection, made extra keys for us, handled the walkthrough and all the lease documentation, getting the renter to put BGE in their name, getting renters insurance...etc. They got it rented super quick on a two year lease and held my hand every single step of the way. I would imagine if you were buying or selling they would absolutely crush it given all the effort they put in for a rental. Amazing experience. I cannot recommend them enough. They are the best at preparing a home for sale, advertising, and excellent with expert guidance. I really appreciated Kathy's knowledgeable assistance and advice backed up with facts and data. Our home sold twice within days. I say twice as the buyers bank cancelled their loan days before closing (rarely happens...maybe buyer bought an expensive Mercedes). Anyway, Kathy had our home back on the market that very weekend and under a preliminary contract by Monday evening. We were in the process of having a home built and experiencing difficulty with our bank. Kathy offered complimentary assistance and not only got us through the process, but with her knowledge/expertise/experience saved us an extra $1,800 in overlooked closing costs!
