Kathy was absolutely wonderful to work with! I knew from the first moment that I meet her that she was going to do whatever was needed to assist me with finding my new home. She listened to my likes and dislikes, provided options, proved to be extremely knowledgeable about the area and housing market and was quick with answers to my questions. Highly recommended. She truly takes pride in her work, knowledge and wants to be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Kathy Knight has helped us purchase three homes. One was a HUD foreclosure and one was a WHEDA foreclosure. She knew exactly the right offer to bid to get the home and how to file all of the paperwork involved. We occassionally had to work after hours to meet their stringent deadlines and she was always available. I highly recommend her for her hard work and expertise.

Being first time homebuyers my wife and I were pretty much clueless about the process in buying a house. Kathy helped us understand what to look for and we ended up buying the house of our dreams. My wife and I would recommend Kathy because of her honesty and helpfulness with the homebuying process.

My husband and I felt very fortunate that we had Kathy as our realtor. She put in a lot of time, hard work and gave us good advice. We were not familiar with the area and her knowledge was very beneficial to us. She listened to us and worked very hard to find us a home in our price range. She was always kind and went the extra mile with our late night and early morning phone calls. We would definitely recommend her and if we ever need a realtor in the future, we would contact her.

We were looking to downsize our home and started looking here and there just to see what was out there. Kathy was the agent a house we wanted to see. From there she lined up other homes and found us a ranch home with an amazing back yard and quiet area. Kathy was polite and great to work with. She is not only a great agent but also become a friend! Thank you Kathy!

We worked with Kathy to sell our home this year and the experience was exceptional! We have worked with other Realtors in the area to buy two homes and sell one, but the experience with Kathy was by far the best. She kept us up to date on what was happening, answered our calls quickly and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. We ran into a couple issues on the buyers side in the process, but Kathy was actively engaged and kept us up to date at each step along the way and resolved the problem to allow us to close on time. We will definitely use Kathy when were ready to buy again.

Kathy is an outstanding agent who works around the clock for customers! She responds quickly to questions even as late as 10:00pm and as early as 7:00am, If Kathy is too busy with customers she lets me know and gets back to me usually within the same day,. She is very knowledgeable with short sales and foreclosures and can save your house from foreclosure!! Call Kathy if you want an experienced agent to guide you through the buying or selling process.

We were very pleased with Kathy's pleasant attitude and encouragement about selling the property. We had tried using another realtor before, without success, and then tried selling the property ourselves, again without success. Kathy reassured us that she thought the property was in good shape and competitively priced - factors that should help lead to a quick sale. She was right. The property sold within a few days, and we couldn't be more pleased. We appreciate all of her and Carolyn Fox's help.
