As Broker, my goal is to match each client whether seller, buyer or builder to the right agent for the task based on knowledge of area as well as knowledge of the real estate task we are being hired to fulfill. Our goal to sell any product is to come up with an intense marketing strategy out of the gate. Along with the strategy comes with reporting the results back to the sellers. I strongly believe with this mix of a knowledgeable agent, marketing plan plus communication skills, Keene Woods Realty can meet our clients' sales goals as well as keep them as clients for any real estate needs that arise in their future.
I have a passion for the real estate industry and truely enjoy helping people meet their goals. For builders, I enjoy doing the following: market research, competition analysis, buyer profiles, choosing offerings, licensed interior designer services offered, marketing plan, social media exposure, trade shows, events, power point presentations as well as selling the homes myself on site. I would like to help builders save costs by offering many services in one as well as reduce commissions. My dedication and results will hopefully in turn bring long lasting client relationships.
I also believe in applying my techniques with entire new home communities, to a single home for sellers. No project or client is too small or not as important.
