About Kathy Cooper
I have been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years and in the real estate business for over 34 years. Working primarily in new construction sales and management, I have experience in the purchase, build and design of new homes as well as knowing and understanding the purchase and development of land. I helped new construction buyers value their existing homes to sell in order to move into their new homes and provided current market updates and staging advice. It was natural for me to turn to the existing home market where I was not limited to one specific community but could utilize my skills in all sectors of housing as well as land sales and some commercial properties. I have been an Associate Broker with Keller Williams for the last 4 years.
