This woman is a hero. In this horrible market, its TOUGH to get a house. Some houses dont even make it to their active date because they get offers so good so quickly. Its cutthroat. Buying your very first house in the middle of it, just before your apartment lease is up, is harder. Lets not even forget dragging kids along to showings that wanna play and run around and be kids. Kathy showed compassion, gave the best expertise, was soo reassuring throughout all the stress, and gave us all the good the bad and the ugly of everything. She was always honest and never opinionated. She is black and white and very transparent. She genuinely looks for her clients best interest at heart all the time and treats you like her own kids, siblings, parents. Shes personable, funny, intelligent, professional, and very insightful. I love how this woman works. She really goes to bat for her clients!
