This was not our first home purchase, and I'm not an easy person to impress. Kathy blew us away. She was off the charts in every imaginable way that you can think of when it comes to a RE Broker. She really was exceptional in every facet of our purchase of our new home; and more importantly the sale of our former home. Having said that her process expertise was totally unbelievable. She was on top of every single item; and she never let up. Case in point, two hours before our closing she called me and told me to contact the highway department pertaining to something she had picked up on during our walk through the previous evening. That phone call led to us discovering some important information, and saved us roughly $1,000. Kathy is truly unbelievable. When the time came to buy our 2nd home on Cape Cod, we undoubtedly knew we wanted to work with Kathy again because we enjoyed our experience so much the first time and she also owns a house on the Cape. She does such great background research on her properties, the area, comparable listings, records from the town hall, flood zones - you name it. She was knowledgeable, patient and honest, She gave us sound advice regarding likely prices, what needed to be done to "prep" the house for showing, and had a list of names she recommended for that prep. Those too were great as far as service goes. Kathy also stood in for us when we were unavailable to meet someone by going to the house and overseeing activity such as when we needed a radon mitigation system. She also listed items we did not want on a local site and waited at the house for people to stop by and pick up items. If you are lucky enough to have Kathy as your realtor, then you are in good hands.
