ZillowVERIFIED Kathy recently helped my husband and I market and sell our first home purchased as a family. Kathy seamlessly helped us navigate what is generally a stressful process. She was very responsive and knowledgeable every step of the way. We could not have gotten through this process without her. ZillowVERIFIED Kathy and Gary represented us both as sellers and buyers. She and Gary did an excellent job explaining our options in purchasing and selling our properties. We relied on their advice which in the end benefited our interests. Our home sold within the first hour in addition to several backup offers. She also recommended an offer when we purchased our new home, which to our surprise was accepted within one day. I believe that our success in selling and purchasing our properties is due to their knowledge of the real estate market. We would recommend Kathy and Gary to handle any of your real estate needs.Respectively,George and Kathy Simek

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Cashmore and Gary Lesh worked expertly to sell our Mom?s house quickly and for the best price. She negotiated an added earnest money compensation when a buyer opted out of the buy/sell at the last minute. They then turned around and sold the house the next day for a better price! Kathy has the ability to listen to the needs of the client but has a wonderful way of explaining when things need to be done a certain way for the best legal and financial outcomes. The marketing of the home was professional and widespread with all advertising covered and considered. Kathy and Gary teamed every aspect of the sale with dedication and commitment. We will highly recommend her company to everyone we know!! Kevin & Denise Anders

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy made the sale of our rental so simple! She contacted us with every question the buyers had and sent any papers they requested immediately. Kathy always returned our phone calls and never left us hanging wondering what was going on with the sale. Our place was sold in weeks and we closed without a hitch. We would recommend Kathy to anyone wanting a cooperative Realtor with attention to detail.

ZillowVERIFIED This is my second time working with Kathy Cashmore while purchasing a home. The first time Kathy found my first perfect home was 15 years ago. She just recently helped me find my second home which is once again perfect and everything I was looking for. What I enjoy most about Kathy is that she takes the time to listen to what you want and finds homes on the market that fit your likes and budget. She is very good at getting you into a house right away for a walk through and is very timely on getting back to you. If there are any questions or concerns about the house she is on top of getting answers, even if it means getting an engineer or other appraiser into the house. Kathy is not just a good realtor but also a good friend. She makes sure things are as they should be in the house before and after the purchase. She is caring and takes the time to know you as a person instead of as a number. I would not turn to anyone else except for Kathy for all of my home hunting needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy was very helpful and accommodating throughout the entire buying and selling process! With Kathy?s guidance we purchased our first home with her, and when our family outgrew that one, eight years later she helped us sell that one and buy our current home. We look forward to using Kathy for all of our future real estate needs and advice.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our home around the time that multiple listings in the $400k- $500k range came onto the market. Even though the local market (in that range) had become saturated, Kathy would have numerous open houses, paid advertising, and use her marketing knowledge to bring us a fantastic offer which we accepted. We could not have been more happy with the service she provided.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy helped us buy and sell our parents home. My dad loves Kathy and everything that she does for him. He affectionately calls Kathy Cashmore miss Morecash. She didnt desert my folks after the sale and continued to keep in touch with gifts such as cookies when he was sick and Christmas gifts. She adds a very caring personal touch that continues following any transaction and became a dear trusted friend. Her work ethics are of the highest standard and we would all like to thank her for her personal attention to every aspect of the transaction. Thank you, Kathy

Due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to accept the offer on our home day one. Thats why believe she is one the best professionals in the business. I will also be using her to buy a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Cashmore was very helpful and sold our home very quickly...in 2 days! Our only problem was getting our belongings packed up and ready to move ...which is a good problem to have. Kathys associate Debra was really good too. All our questions were answered quickly and closing went smoothly and exactly on time. We got a good price for our home thanks to Kathy and her team. Thanks Kathy!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy did a fantastic job in every area of selling my home, from helping with decisions on what to fix up prior to listing, to helping me come up with a reasonable listing price, to negotiating a fair deal, to making sure everything was done quickly and without error. My house sold in a matter of hours after listing for a price that was far above what the neighborhood demanded. I couldnt ask for a better experience.

ZillowVERIFIED When we decided to sell our Billings home a friend recommended Kathy. What a blessing she was. Kathy goes beyond her duties. She listed our home with detailed photos that did our home justice which in turn sold the home in just a few months. The unfortunate thing is the week our home was ready to close a hail storm hit our home causing thousands of dollars in damage. Kathy took no hesitation and took extra work on in getting our home repaired because we were no longer in the area, she was able to get the major damage repaired within a week. What is more amazing is to know how much detail she took in our home knowing she was taking the same process with the other homes she had listed (our home was only one of a few she had hail problems with). She was always on the ball I swear the women never rests, I would receive emails all hours of the night to make sure I was informed. I highly recommend Kathy. Thank You Kathy you were a blessing to our family.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy not only helped us buy a home, she also assisted us in selling our home 5 years later when we moved out of state. She is Top Notch! We still keep in contact with each other she is always available to assist with any current questions or concerns we have/or have had within our current location and with the construction of our new home! We have had pleasant experiences with several other relators, but have not had one yet that has compared to Kathy! She is not only a Professional in what she does displaying Honesty, Integrity, knowledge, expertise and unbelievable negotiation skills, but she is a Genuine and True Friend. Our only regret is that we did not get to know Kathy better while we were still in Billings! Thank you Kathy, Shawn and I truly appreciate you!
