ZillowVERIFIED Kathy is not very knowledgeable and has no tact whatsoever. Absolutely horrific person to deal with. She does not return calls, often has a full voice mail and does not text. I gave her specific guidelines for applicants, which she totally disregarded. Her fees are above other realtors rates. We said absolutely no cats allowed and she continued to advertise pets, both cats and dogs were permitted. Never again!
