ZillowVERIFIED Kathy and her team were exceptional on all fronts when we decided to list our property for sale. We listed it couple of years ago with her and tried to sell it but it didnt go through. We decided to pull the property and wait. She was very understanding of the situation and helped us delisting the property. We decided to try again to list this year and we wouldnt look anywhere other than Kathy. She listed the property and sold within 3 days. She always supported us with closing procedures as well. Recommend exceptional real estate lawyer as well. The whole process was very streamlined and easy. She always gave us great advice on how to list, price right. She has great analysis of the current market and would go above and beyond to help her clients. We would not go to any other realtor but Kathy for our future needs. Would highly recommend her as a realtor who you can consider a good adviser.

When Kathy tells you she is going to do something, SHE does it!Kathy is very personable, warm, and friendly. She is a person of great compassion who not only connects with her clients on a professional level but also on a personal level in order to meet the specific need of the client. She listens to what her clients want and need and she makes it happen. I recently had to sell a home that had been in my family for over 55 years. There was a lot of sentiment attached to the sale of the home because it was the home my siblings and I grew up in and it remained my moms home until she passed away. Needless to say, it was hard letting it go. Kathy told us that once she listed the home, she knew that she would have multiple offers, she would get the best offer possible for my family, and she was confident that she could have it sold in a week. As soon as the listing went up, the showings started pouring in and so did the offers. Kathy used her expert negotiating skills and negotiated a deal with which my family and I were highly satisfied and we had a buyer within a week! Kathy made everything easy and kept me informed every step of the way. Kathy always puts together a dream team of people with whom to work. Each time I have worked with them, I have never had to worry about anything. Kathys admin team, Amy and Donna are just as committed, competent, and skilled as Kathy is. I was able to call them at any time with any questions that I had and they were always responsive. If they didnt have the answer at the moment, they researched it and got back to me right away.
