I have had 5 homes over my life and I cannot think of a better realtor experience nor can I even think of how she could improve.She is extremely knowledgeable about my NE neighborhood, pushed me to spend a little more money, pointed out where to spend it and where to forget about it, and then delivered a sales price, which I thought was unattainable. And she made me understand how a full service realtor can actually worth the extra money, well she was certainly worth it.I had checked with a discount realtor and saw their prospective sales proceeds, Kathy delivered money in my pocket despite more costs involved. I will admit the market was on our side and we caught the peaks but if nothing else persuades you, Kathy was accessible ALWAYS.I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED When we interview Kathy, she made a very good impression on us. She didnt overpromise, in order to get the business. She gave us an estimate for the value of the house, and she told us what we needed to do before putting it on the market.We liked Kathy to the point that we decided to work with her, without interviewing any other agent. We followed her many advises in preparing and in marketing the house. In listing the house, she stressed the importance of an accurate and honest description, to make sure that potential buyers would have a consistent picture, once they saw the house in person. She works with a stager (included in her fee) who gave us very good advice in rearranging the furniture in the house, and to prepare it for the visits. Kathy has an extended contact list, and an extremely efficient sale organization. The house stayed on the market for one weekend, in which it received about 20 visits (in this respect, we think that Kathy did an excellent job in listing the house at the right price). At the end of that weekend we received 5 offers, and the house sold for a higher amount than the listing price. Kathy provided valuable advise also in the negotiating stage, but at the same time she respected our decision without pressuring us. In summary, Kathy did a fantastic job, and we are extremely happy to have had her as our agent.

As a family who recently relocated to MN for employment it was good to have Kathy's knowledge of the area real estate and schools.
