From the moment I connected with Kathy in early spring of 2024, the entire relationship was better than expected. All along she brought an unbiased point of view, helping me to make sound and financially efficient decision. She was caring and understanding of my wants and desires in a house and neighborhood. One of her best qualities was her roladex of high quality and reasonable contractors. Inspector, electrician, plumber, the list goes on. Each of those contractors had nothing but glowing remarks for Kathy as well. What additionally amazed me was the relationship continued after the sale was final. She was a great person to have in my corner as a new home buyer, I will forever recommend Kathy and her team as well as keeping her in my corner for all my real estate needs.

I am so happy to have been connected with Kathy when searching for a home in Minneapolis. She made the home buying process such a wonderful experience. Kathys ability to streamline the process by being proactive and by being an advocate for me, gave me peace of mind and significantly decreased the level of stress that can come with purchasing a new home. I was very pleased with the way Karina Bigit helped me with my search to find my Townhouse. If you are looking for a realtor and found Kathy Borys , your search is over. I have had 5 homes over my life and I cannot think of a better realtor experience nor can I even think of how she could improve.She is extremely knowledgeable about my NE neighborhood, pushed me to spend a little more money, pointed out where to spend it and where to forget about it, and then delivered a sales price, which I thought was unattainable. And she made me understand how a full service realtor can actually worth the extra money, well she was certainly worth it.I had checked with a discount realtor and saw their prospective sales proceeds, Kathy delivered money in my pocket despite more costs involved. I will admit the market was on our side and we caught the peaks but if nothing else persuades you, Kathy was accessible ALWAYS.I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
