ZillowVERIFIED When we first decided to look for a home we had a different realtor, we were not fond of. Nothing seemed to be working out. One day my mother told me to just call this lady My mother found on Zillow, and get her opinion on some things. When I called Kathy, she was honest, and thats what we were looking for. We had no clue what we were doing as first time buyers, we didnt even know what type of loan we had. But when I spoke with Kathy, she asked a few questions and said give her 10 minutes, she knew everything there was to know and what we needed to do! I was so impressed, right then and there we knew we wanted her as our Realitor! We had a hard time with our mortgage trying to get paperwork work together and at the last minute. Id call Kathy, and she was right there on top of it, Kathy was handling everything, right then and there. There was no waiting around a few hours with Kathy, she always would call me as soon as she knew something, she was always there for us, even there when I was balling my eyes out upset worried. Kathy, stayed on the phone with me. She puts 110% into her job plus more. When someone goes that extra mile for you it makes a huge difference and Kathy, not only goes that extra mile but she makes a difference. I'm so proud I made that call to her that day!! My husband is active duty military and we were transferred to Mobile, Alabama. I was nervous about the move as I knew nothing about the area. I chose Kathy Ball from an ad on the internet and I am so lucky I did!! She is familiar with every neighborhood, sub division, school, hospital, restaurant and shopping area in and around Mobile. She was very helpful as we looked at properties on line prior to visiting Mobile last December, she spent all day taking us around to a variety of areas and properties. Once we decided on a home Kathy aided in negotiating a rent on the same home we ended up buying so we could only move once. Also, this was all done long distance as we were moving across country!
