About Kathryn Wetherell
I pride myself on the stress free experience I provide for my buyers during the buying and selling process, I take on the headaches so you don't have to! Helping buyers and sellers since 2019, beginning in new construction I am able to help direct my buyers based on wants, needs, timelines, and price points. I absolutely love SWFL and everything it has to offer, and am constantly exploring our local community as it continues to grow! I coach gymnastics in the evenings as a hobby to share my love for the sport and knowledge with my young competitors. I am a former USAA competitive gymnast and believe being an athlete instills wonderful characteristics into young individuals under stern supervision.

I got started in Real estate so I would have the proper knowledge to be able to comfortably invest my money, and ended up placing my license under a custom new construction builder.
I went to school for business/accounting, have been in the industry for 5+ years growing my knowledge on all aspects of the industry. I am constantly working on my continuing education classes in real estate and am an accredited buyers representative.
