Purchased a home where Kathryn was agent to the seller. A breakfast bar was included in the listing. The bar was not a fixed object in the home and it was not negotiated for but as I said it was in the listing. During the walk through I saw that it had been taken away and I was bummed out about it. It was not a deal breaker. I went to the closing and just making conversation I did mention it. After the closing I got a call from my agent telling me that they want me to green light the seller closing and the funds are not being released because of the breakfast bar. I was surprised at this but it only took me 5 minutes to send the email giving the green light only after I was told that they would bring it back. 3 weeks after back and forth between the agents and the attorneys I paid for van to pick up the bar myself. The agent clearly listed false information. I would have won in litigation but it would have cost more than the bar. This was bad form on Kathryns part

From securing the lending to closing, Kathy always made herself available and was always reassuring if we encountered any road-bumps along the way.
