The house that Kathryn helped us sell was a TOUGH house to sell. We bought it intending to stay in it indefinitely and ended up needing to move to another state before wed managed to fix it up as wed imagined. To say she had her work cut out for her is an understatement. Not only did she stay positive throughout the process, she connected us with countless people in the community to help us solve small issues as they arose (landscaping, plumbing, etc.). She was a dream to work with both when we had renters and when the home was vacant. She was incredibly responsive always (via text, call, or email) and anytime she needed us to do something on our end, she was clear and provided context and contact information as needed.
