Kathryn Schuster

Originally from down state Michigan, near the Grass lake area, I have always had a passion for home projects and helping people. Especially when those two things are combined! Growing up I was always doing a side project, working at home improvement stores, and alongside my dad or other contractors when I had the chance. At the age of 23 I decided to buy my first house! The challenge was intriguing to me, and I learned so much in the process. It also gave me a unique opportunity to better understand the needs of home buyers and sellers at a younger age. Little did I know this was only the beginning of my journey, and the beginning of my interest in real estate. It was not long before I noticed a lot of my personality traits and skills were similar to and complimented those of professionals I had come to work and form relationships with. I love a challenge, am attentive to detail, organized, understand the importance of follow up, and genuinely enjoy helping others. Real estate is a way that I can do all those things, while forming long lasting relationships and becoming involved in our community. Outside of real estate I have many hobbies. I love spending time with my family, friends, and pets! You may also see me at Munson Medical Center from time-to-time to lend a helping hand. I love being active outside, especially when the weather is warmer and there is so much to explore. However, I must admit, home improvement projects naturally happen year-round and are something I still truly enjoy as well. It is never a dull moment in the Schuster household!
