She was incredibly patient with us being first time homebuyers and went out of her way to explain and reexplain everything and went the extra mile to check on things for us, as we were living about 2 hours away during our home search. This included doing her own walk throughs and taking videos, running to village hall to check on house records, and even make work inquiries for the property with the village highway department.
