Kathryn Marshall

Kathryn is a Realtor in Central Florida, and specifically works in Polk, Osceola, Lake, and Orange counties. She hails from Connecticut, and moved to Florida in 2011, completing her Master's degree at the University of Central Florida.

Whether working with a first-time home buyer or a million-dollar investor, Kathryn works with professional, dedication, and excitement. She is known as a hard-working agent, who is always available to assist her buyers and sellers when needed.

Kathryn is proud to serve her clients and her country, as she currently serves in the Army National Guard.

In her free time, Kathryn can be found at the dog park with her rescue dogs, riding her Harley Davidson with her husband, or spending time in the great outdoors.
