When we found the one she even worked with the lenders getting our mortgage they quickly, pushed us in every hoop we needed to jump thru, every inspector, banker and even our attorney to get our closing to happen ASAP!!! She negotiated with everyone a deal that if not for her we would not have a place to call home! We cant be more thankful for Katie putting up with us and making our home a reality. There are many good realtors out there who do their job from for their own interest or as a side job! Katie put our interest first and never gave up even when we did!

Any time I contacted her or needed something she was very responsive and you can tell that she loves what she does. I really like how she doesn't ask that you sign a contract with her too (you don't need to because you're already going to stay with her since she a pro!) I remember when she built you the house offer (our house was only listed 3 days) and she ensured a deadline was set and everything that needed to be signed was done in a timely manner to lock the deal in for us. I recommend Katie to my friends and family and am so grateful that people like her are in this career field!
ZillowVERIFIEDI originally was looking for homes through a family member, when I myself came across a house that Katie was the realtor for. It was not just a regular purchase of a home, I was a first time home buyer and the home she was selling was for first time home buyers only(so lots of paperwork on top of the usual lots of paperwork). It came down to the wire and what I thought was going to be my first home ended up falling through, not because of Katie or I, but miscommunication and paperwork error on the program that owned the home's end. After that deal fell through I began to work with Katie because she knew what I was looking for (multi-family homes) and she means business. I was very persistent with looking houses for sale via an app on my phone, so when I was not sending her houses I wanted to look at, she was always flooding my messages with houses I might be interested in. Any house I wanted to look at, if I could not meet with her to look at it that same day, it was set up for the next day. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to homes, and if a house is worth fixing up to become a rental property she was honest about it. Katie was not showing me homes just to make money. I was able to call her anytime with random questions (because I had a lot being a first time buyer) and never felt like I was being a bother to her. In October 2017, when she sent me the posting on what is now my home, I remembered previously looking at the add on the house and it was literally only on the market for 24 hours before someone had made an offer and it became untouchable. She told me she had been keeping an eye on this house because it was everything and had everything I told her her that I wanted. When I did the walk through, they say you know its the house you want as soon as you walk in and let me tell you that is the truth. Katie knew that if I did not make a decision on the home quick it would be sold. She actually told me "if your father does not buy the house (because he owns many rental properties and wanted it) that she was going to buy it." There were many issues with the closing on behave of the seller and Katie was very persistent with the seller and their realtor to get the job done while updating me just about everyday. Fast forward to now, April 2018, we still keep in contact, calling her for ideas and advice with my home(mostly the rental half). Anyone I speak to that is interested in buying, ESPECIALLY first time home buyers I automatically recommend her. She even is helping me prepare my rental part of the house to put an add up, not for money, but because she loves her job. I told her the other day, I cannot wait to finish this property so I can buy another one with you. I 100% recommend working with Katie MacDonald to find the home you want, because if anyone can, it is her and I am saying this from experience because I worked with other realtors before her.
