She explained everything to me (sometimes multiple times) so that I understood what was going on and what certain things meant. Started talking to her months prior about selling when it was first an idea in my head. She was super helpful giving recommendations for home improvements and had data on the returns if I were to make those improvements. ZillowVERIFIED Kathryn is an excellent agent. As it was my first time looking at properties, she sent me over a guide & education material that helped answer many of my questions. I originally qualified through my bank, and she gave me other lenders to shop as well. I spoke to several lenders she recommended and eventually came to the realization with her that I was not ready to buy quite yet due to my goals. Currently, I'm in a short term rental and continuing my research through her and will definitely be using her to purchase my property.
