I love helping people and I love real estate. Katie recently assisted me and my family with the sale of our first house, and the purchase of our new house. I can not say enough good things about Katie. She over communicates, pushed us when we needed to be pushed, was always professional and kind, and incredibly responsive. Service was off the charts, but she also was able to deliver results. We got above asking on the sell. Negotiated below asking on the buy. We negotiated some fixes on the new house. And negotiated a FIVE DAY use and occupancy to clear out of our first house. As if that wasn't enough, both transactions were closed on schedule. We couldn't believe how smooth everything went. Which in hindsight was because of all the work Katie was putting in behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Katie highly enough when it comes to buying or selling. You're doing yourself a disservice if you're not using her. Thanks Katie!

My wife and I were referred to Katie by our son who utilized her for two real estate transactions. We found Katie to be the consummate professional in all aspects of buying and selling a home! From our initial sit down interview with her, to the process of preparing, listing and selling our home of 30 years; she guided, supported and followed through with every detail of this process. Katie is THE BEST realtor out there. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and from our first meeting, her passion for her work really stood out to me. Katie made every step of our home sale seamless and easy for us. Anything that seemed like an obstacle for us, Katie handled with grace, always assuring us everything would be fine and go the way we wanted - and it did.
