She over communicates, pushed us when we needed to be pushed, was always professional and kind, and incredibly responsive. Service was off the charts, but she also was able to deliver results. We got above asking on the sell. Negotiated below asking on the buy. We negotiated some fixes on the new house. And negotiated a FIVE DAY use and occupancy to clear out of our first house. As if that wasn't enough, both transactions were closed on schedule. We couldn't believe how smooth everything went. Which in hindsight was because of all the work Katie was putting in behind the scenes. I cannot recommend Katie highly enough when it comes to buying or selling. You're doing yourself a disservice if you're not using her. Thanks Katie!
