ZillowVERIFIED I hired Kathrin Rogers to see my home during a difficult time going through a divorce and Kathrin made it so easy for us by providing white glove service and always being there to give us all the information we needed plus she is such a hustler making sure that everything is on schedule and ready to go for open houses and advertising . We sold the home within 3 weeks and only had a 28 day escrow . She provided the concierge approach that big real estate companies simply cannot provide . I would highly recommend Kathrin to sell your home and I would never take the time out of my bust schedule unless I really felt compelled to let everyone know who is looking for a real estate agent that will provide the service and the time to ensure your home is sold as quickly and as efficiently as possible . I joke with Kathrin that I feel it comes from her homeland of Germany where everything is organized and situated promptly to take advantage of every opportunity to sell your home . It was a pleasure doing business with Kathrin !!!!

If youre in the need for an agent, I can recommend Kathrin without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathrin was a great help. Kathrin was patient with us as we were new to the area. Her familiarity with the neighborhoods and market prices were helpful to us in our search for a home. I trusted her evaluation of homes value and potential. I never felt pushed or rushed with Katherin. When our search came "down to the wire" Katherin worked with us throughout the week to get our offer accepted. I really appreciated her expertise when it came to negotiation of our terms.

ZillowVERIFIED I guess the best thing that I can say about Kathrin is that she is not afraid. Whether it be to ask for more money on the house you are selling Or to ask for a bigger discount on the house that you are buying. She has helped me in about five or six different transactions and its all been wonderful. Thank You Kathrin

ZillowVERIFIED Kathrin is awesome! She is the realtor to use when looking to rent a home, buy a home or sell a home.My husband and I relocated back to California from Oregon and we were looking for a home to rent in Huntington Beach for about a year. She helped us through the entire process from start to moving in, and she was able to coordinate a smooth transition for us. She still keeps in touch with us to see how things are going. ZillowVERIFIED I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Kathrin Rogers as the real estate agent handling the sale of my father's trust's home. Kathrin was very professional and efficient in walking me through the whole process with me living out of state and keeping me updated at every step. The on-line site for the sale was very well done. She was able to help me receive many more offers on the house in a very short time than I thought possible. We were able to go from putting the house on the market to closing in roughly 30 days at what I believe was a good, fair market price. I highly recommend her.

She took the time to educate me on the various options I have, that I did not even consider, showed me different areas not even in Dana Point.Sent me the proper documentation and has been keeping me informed with current offers and on goings in the market. She has been always on time, was very well prepared and has been responding to all my questions by phone and e-mail as well more promptly than I would have even asked for.I am sure you won't find anyone nicer and easy to work with than Kathrin.
