ZillowVERIFIED This is the 2nd house I have sold with Kathy and Lauren and her team. 13 years after the first one it was the same fantastic experience! Their knowledge of the area and of the home values at the time as well as their contacts within the Industry- fellow brokers and agents is what sold my house in 10 days in 2007 and in 5 days in 2021. And in 2021 I had 25 showings in 5 days and 7 offers all above asking price. Then on the backend Susan and Lauren were such an asset going through those offers, weighing the pros and cons, writing up a counteroffer and then with Susan going through what I needed to do to supply the right paperwork, inspections, coordinating everything so in 30 days I could close quickly.
