ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a very positive experience in our house search with Kathleen. She was efficient at planning our outings to minimize wheel-time, and timed the appointment bookings well. She took our suggestions and offered her own for new properties for us to view. She listened to our feedback about the houses we saw (even though it was inconsistent and evolving) and responded with appropriate properties and neighborhoods to visit. She offered insight and gave us good advice regarding locations and the quality of the properties we were interested in. Kathleen's support during the contract offer, inspections, and issue remediation was much appreciated.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen was a true blessing. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and worked hard to find the home of my dreams. From the beginning I felt like she was on my side. As a first time homebuyer, this process can seem quite daunting. However, Kathleen made the process easy, pain-free, and peaceful. She was there for me every step of the way and kept me in the loop. I am so happy I found her through Zillow. I'd recommend to her to anyone who needs an expert realtor who will go above and beyond to fight for them and get them the house they want for the price they want.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen is wonderful! Great Customer Service! She is truly a professional. My wife and I are blessed to have Kathleen working with us on finding our new home in the Woodlands. So far in our search, Kathleen's great guidance prevented us from over offering on overpriced house. We liked the house but, Kathleen pointed out how over paying would negative affect the bottom line on any future resale of the home. Some agent would have seen $$$ signs but Kathleen kindly pointed out that we were making a mistake. THANK YOU KATHLEEN!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen was such a blessing to work with. Her knowledge of the real estate market resulted in us securing top dollar for our home. She made sure to get our listing in front of as many eyes as possible and it paid off with a sale in record time! From the very beginning, she helped to set us at ease, which made the whole selling process so much less stressful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED Dealing with Kathleen was a great experience for my family and I. We recently moved to the Houston area from out of state and Kathleen worked tirelessly to find us a home. Kathleen asked us questions, and started putting together areas that she thought meet our needs. She hit the nail on the head and found us a place to call home. Kathleen was very knowledgeable from start to finish, and made sure that we were always prepared for the next steps. She helped us more than I would ever thought a realtor would. Since we were moving from out of state, Kathleen helped us out with everything to do with the purchase of our home, and even showed us around the area after closing. Thank you again for everything you did for us, Rob and Michelle

ZillowVERIFIED This lady is the most beautiful person I have ever met...not only on the outside but inside too. I learned so much from her...she was with me all the way from beginning to the final closing of my house. I could call her anytime I needed help and she explained everything to me so well. She was willing to drive all the way to Corpus Christi to bring papers to me and explain all I was signing that I didn't understand. I highly recommend her to anyone out there...and you know what made me pick her as my agent as I don't know anyone here in the Woodlands area....believe it or not saw her pic thought she looked like a Barbie doll...even better folks...love her to pieces...thank you Kathleen!

ZillowVERIFIED I feel blessed to have Kathleen Ruby representing me in my home buying search. She takes the time to listen to your needs (and wants) in your home search, and goes out of her way to find them. She is very professional, as well as personable. With this being my first home purchase, Kathleen has helped me tremendously in understanding the process of buying a home. Kathleen is very prompt in answering my calls or texts, which is important in this area's fast-paced market. Whether you are selling or buying a home, I would highly recommend Kathleen.
