I loved that we were given a welcome gift when we signed our lease and we received a card when we celebrated our first year in our home. Love them, but I caution people with children, stay away from Pemberton, the school district is not good.

My husband and were not ready to buy a house, due to wanting to pay off some debit and she totally understood. We met her at her office where she took about an hour an half of her time to explain her knowledge, experience, and what we should expect as first time home buyers. She gave us so much information and tools when we left her office. My husband exact words when we left were, she the one who?s going to get us a house. She made us feel comfortable, important, and included in our process. She never rushed us, she took her time. She text us Monthly till we were ready to buy a house. Once we said yes we are ready. She played no games. We only saw a few houses before deciding on the one we loved. Every step of the way she informed us, she negotiated for us. She made sure everything was smooth and set. She walked in the home and would look for things in the house to make sure it was working, as if this was a home she was buying herself, and that?s what I loved about her. She wasn?t in it to make a quick dollar, she really had her best interest for us. She would always respond to our calls and messages. She was very patient with us. I would highly highly recommend Kat. I?m glad she was our agent. I would always tell my husband and even now. Kat is a boss, she makes things happen.
