We worked with Kathleen Printon as our buyers agent for over a year, as our search for a new home in Monmouth Country was long and drawn out. We found a house and had deal for purchase in 2019 that fell through because the buyers of our house backed out. We looked at roughly 50 houses with Kathleen, and she was always very accommodating with scheduling, as we eventually tried to see houses very soon after they listed. In May of this year, we found our house that we now reside in and love very much. We were the first people to see it and we made an offer right away, and having Kathleen write up and present the offer immediately was a key factor in the sellers acceptance. Kathleen is very knowledgeable about many facets of homes, had a good sense of what we were looking for, and worked very effectively as an intermediary with the sellers agent. She had good recommendations for some work we needed and even went above and beyond at the time of the closing to arrange for the house to be cleaned, as it was not left that way by the sellers.
