ZillowVERIFIEDKathleen OKeefe Galigher is a super star! She listed our home in the Laguna De La Paz community in La Quinta, CA. and within a week got multiple offers and sold it at FULL ASKING. There are several homes in the Laguna De La Paz community that have been listed for multiple months and there are agents that live within the community and have not had the success rate that Kathleen has demonstrated. Kathleen was very communicative thru out the process, guided us and always kept us in the know. She is attentive, dependable, diligent, enthusiastic, passionate, resolute, in every way possible. She is very knowledgeable of La Quinta and the desert and rightly capitalizes on the knowledge for her clients There was not a single time that she was unavailable to take our call. During the home inspection she was under the weather however she made it a point to send her broker to assist. The entire process from her previewing to showcasing to offer reviews to escrow and finally to closing has been nothing but smooth. Kathleen was able to capitalize on the recent value add renovations and was able sell the home by emulating all the attributes of the characteristics of the home to the potential buyers. The pictures she posted by virtually staging the home on multiple websites sold the story of the home She is truly a professional and I would highly recommend Kathleen OKeefe Galigher to anyone who is looking for a real-estate agent.

Only wish I had originally with Kathleen instead on 2 prior offices. She restaged the house and during covid sold the house at full asking price. She is great.

ZillowVERIFIED Fantastic. Showed attention to detail and a true eye for the buyer's interests and goals. A great experience especially for a first time buyer. We selected a house and started the purchase process within days, and Kathleen showed exceptional patience and dedication throughout an abnormally long escrow period.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed a property with Kathleen that had been on the market for a year with another agent. While our initial impression of her was very positive, given how soft the market was, we did not have high expectations to sell the property anywhere near our listing price. Kathleen was not only able to sell that property but she listed (and sold!) another home in the same development a few months later. Kathleen was extremely knowledgeable about the market, very easy to communicate with and was above all very professional (and honest). I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home in and around the Palm Springs area (especially at the La Quinta Resort) and plan to use her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen came highly recommended to us from a friend who had just purchased a property in the same vicinity. After our initial meet-and-greet, I could tell Kathleen was an excellent communicator, was highly motivated and knew the real estate market in the valley very well. We decided to work with Kathleen based upon the recommendation and the initial meeting. Kethleen was always very proactive and well organized in our subsequent vists to look at properties and she was always listening to our input and impressions of the proerties we visited. We soon found a property that we loved and put in an offer which was quickly accepted. Kathleen did a great job in walking us through the escrow process which went very smoothly. I whole heartedly recocommend Kathleen!
