ZillowVERIFIED We were lucky enough to find Kathleen Manganaro on the first day of our home search. WOW! We were searching for a home and found a Goldmine in Kathleen! How is her Market Expertise? She knows the market, the process, the challenges, the success stories and the clients as she guides and counsels with each new home we viewed. Some we made offers on; some we did not we just looked! Either way Kathleen was obliging. Because our search involved a need for FaceTime viewing we were excited how easy Kathleen made the process, right down to counting steps inside and outside for us. Her Responsiveness to phone call, text message or email was prompt, often within the hour if not sooner. As with all purchases sometimes we, as clients, wanted that home and only that home, well let me tell you, Kathleen has FANTASTIC Negotiation Skills. Kathleen projects Professionalism in every interaction! Her communication skills define her. They are clear, precise, caring, mentoring and trustworthy. We will buy or sell again with Kathleen. Shes a Treasure!

ZillowVERIFIED I have bought and sold more houses in the last five years then I care to say. Well, it?s only been two, and there was another some ten years back but! we just closed on our forever home! I cannot emphasize this enough: Kathleen Manganaro will not fail you. She is unbelievable. She was so thorough and diligent. I will admit, there were a few times when my anxiety had me best of me and I probably texted or called more than I should have. She was very patient with me and truly gained my trust. She really went out of her way to gain information for us and keep us informed. She listened to our description of what we were looking for and kept that in mind every time a possible option popped onto the market. I really cannot thank her enough and I would recommend her to anyone. So if you?re looking in the Bitterroot - Kathleen is your agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen has gone above and beyond her role to assist me and the seller of the property that has some unusual permits, etc that are needed. She has communicated with the sellers realtor and a host of government entities to facilitate permits and even paid a couple of fees for me because I was not in MT at the time it was required. She has recommended contractors and other professionals. She even gave some direction as to what was needed during the sale of my home in ID when my realtor there was not been ng helpful. She has printed copies for me and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. You will never find a better, contienscious realtor! I do believe that we will become friends when my move is completed.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen is very professional, knowledgeable and sincere. We were Extremely satisfied with the entire process, which was not an easy purchase, through no fault of Kathleen but of the sellers trying to back out after they signed the contract. We would recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen was such a joy to work with in the valley! We really appreciated all of the above and beyond work she was willing to put in for us, and helping us figure out the details of buying a home. She always responded quickly or in reasonable time frames, and was always available and open to all of our questions. She also helped us to feel more confident with negotiating harder so that we were getting as good of a deal as we could get on our home, we were so surprised by how much we were able to reduce the initial listing price! Thanks for all your hard work and help kathleen!
