Kathleen is amazing!!! She worked with me to find the perfect home; driving out to see places whenever I asked and walking me through the whole thing so it was easy. I was super picky and she stuck with me the whole time :) I can't imagine buying a house without her!

We have used Kathleen on 3 transactions (2 sales and 1 purchase) in the past 4 years and would not hesitate to recommend her. She is responsive and easy to deal with and through.

Kathy helped us see a house and make an offer all within 2 days. She stayed in constant communication with both us and the seller is not through the negotiating process. She was timely and professional. She's the go to realtor for our family. Would highly recommend.

I am making an account just to rate Kathleen here, because she really went out of her way helping me rent an apartment. I was a first time renter, and new to the area, and she went the extra mile to make sure that the place was a good fit, helped a great deal to organize the landlord interactions, provided me with a full checklist of new renter steps that I needed to take (such as a list of every utility company with their phone number), and otherwise made the entire process much easier. If I move out of my current place, I'm definitely going to ask Kathleen to help me find my next one. Thanks!

We contacted Kathleen the end of July and were able to put in multiple offers, negotiate, and close on a great property by the end of August! She was very knowledgeable about the area and provided great insight into the local market. Would definitely recommend to others or use again.

Kathleen was able to handle both the sale of our former house and the purchase of our new home under a tight timeline with a number of firm milestones. She negotiated with two realtors at once and was able to get us all of what we needed and Keep frequent contact throughout. She also was able to get an offer on our house within two days of listing due to her marketing prowess and thorough knowledge of the Bucks County market. I highly recommend her.
