ZillowVERIFIED We had a great buying experience with Kathleen Hobbs as our buyer's agent. She is readily available, answers all your questions and works tirelessly to show you homes. Kathleen went above and beyond to call around for homes about to go on the market. We waited for months and saw many homes till we found one we were happy with. Kathleen stays an active, helpful resource during this process. After we found our home, she negotiates the contract and follows through with the agents and lawyers involved. When there was a lag on the seller's end, she made sure to follow up on the delay. It is not always easy to find an agent whom you can trust, but we are very grateful that we worked with a trustworthy agent that we would highly recommend and work with in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen Hobbs has helped us buy two homes and sell one over the past eight years. We wouldn't consider another home sale or purchase without calling her first. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and always responds quickly to our texts, calls and emails. Her guidance through the selling/buying process has proven invaluable. When unsure of the next step in our complicated purchase, a quick call to Kathleen was all that was needed put our minds at ease. Kathleen is courteous and polite, and always honest. We were shown many homes by Kathleen and we had a great house hunting experience with her. But she was truly an amazing resource during negotiations and closing. It was a great combination of enjoyable house hunting and getting down to serious business during negotiations.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen has high energy and is open and honest. Kathleen took a person interest in my needs. It is more important that she find the right fit for you then collect her commission. This was definitely how I would explain Kathleen's work ethic. When ready I would call her if I needed real estate help. Hands down she cares about her clients. 5+ STARS !
