Spent the past couple months with Katie and I'm so glad we did. Ended up with a beautiful little lake house that was just perfect for us. Katie went above and beyond her duties as an agent. I would highly recommend Katie Fischer for any real estate project, large or small, home or land property. I contacted Katie about purchasing land to build on. It was important to us to have a local realtor that was experienced in land buying, as it is different from a house purchase. Katie gave her personal attention by showing us numerous properties that were for sale in our area of interest, and was happy to answer any questions about the area and the buying process. After choosing the property we were interested in, Katie conveyed our offer promptly and went the extra mile to find a local attorney for us to work with.
