ZillowVERIFIEDKathleen was The best realtor Ive ever worked with. She sold my second home for me. And she literally did everything. Including shopping and replacing all the appliances, having the carpets cleaned, packing up my personal belongings and shipping them to me as well as minor repairs in preparation for closing. I cannot say enough about KathleenaEUR~s dedication and responsibility. Without her I dont know how I wouldve done it. And while other realtors told me to list for a much lower amount I listened to Kathleen, we listed much higher and I got full asking! She 100% knows what shes doing. Do not hesitate using Kathleen as your realtor, you will never regret it!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe would not have bought the house if it were not for Kathleen. She learned what we liked and wanted. She took us only to the properties that met those requirements. We were about to leave without having secured a house. She called and told us of a house that had only been on the market for one day but had an offer on it already. She urged us to see it. We fell in love with it and are now very happy in the house. Thank you Kathleen
ZillowVERIFIEDI chose Kathleen Des Lauries as my agent for the sale of my home in Lely Resort in January 2018. From the first day I was impressed with her professionalism, her dedication, friendlyness and her eye for every detail. She hired an outstanding photographer, created very informative brochures, advertised my open houses and was personally available for all showings. With her help my house went under contract in just 23 days. I highly recommend Kathleen.
ZillowVERIFIEDI sold a 2nd home in Naples earlier this year through Kathleen and could not be happier. I have bought and sold a lot of properties over the years and worked with a lot of realtors, Kathleen is a pro. Right from the beginning she put in the time and money to market my home and get the results I was looking for. From hiring one of the top real estate photographers in SW FL to marketing materials, advertising, open houses, staging she brought it all. Kathleen is very professional, knows the market, has a positive get it done attitude and gave me great advice to get great results. I would use her again as a buyer or seller and would recommend her to family and friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDKathleen made our home buying experience so pleasant. We had specific needs for our new home and Kathleen only showed us homes that met our requirements. She was professional, informative and very knowledgable of the Naples area.We would highly recommend Kathleen to anyone who is searching for the perfect house for their family. Sincerely, Gene & Ellen Schiavone
