ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Davila has been the most attentive and caring realtor we have ever met. We started our search in the Vero Beach FL area in 2019. Kathy spent many hours and days helping up look for properties in the area. She is very knowlegeble and passionate about this area. We never felt pressured at any time. Kathy quickly realized what our needs and wants were so that we wasted no time in looking at properties. We had to travel back and forth from Massachusetts several times during our search. When we were unable to be there, because of the pandemic, Kathy never stopped working for us. She would check on us to see where we were in our search and just reassured us she was there when we were ready. When we were unable to be there she would look at properties we were interested in. If the property was something she thought was good she would take the time to FaceTime with us at the property. In January 2021 we travelled to Vero Beach and Kathy met with us to show us properties. We decided to go with a new construction that hadn't been built. We really didn't want to wait the time it takes to build a house especially during the pandemic. Kathy followed the building process for us by sending us pictures every two weeks and FaceTimed us while she was at the property. It really helped us knowing we had someone that cared about our property as much as we did. Our new home is beautiful! In our opinion Kathy has definitely gone above and beyond what any realtor would do for a client. We have made a new friend in Vero Beach.

Kathy is remarkable in that she is able to cover all the bases, all the time and make it look easy. Buying a home can be a trying experience, particularly when attempting to do so from out of town.
