At the beginning, I made it known that I'm not just here to buy a place but I am trying to forge a relationship for the future as this may be the first, but definitely wont be my last home purchase. I promised her I would have some seemingly obvious things I would have questions about from the start. Our communication was timely and thorough and pretty much was there at every turn throughout the process. Particularly impressive as realtors right now are swamped down here in Florida. From title to homeowners insurance to local contractors shes had good luck with in the past to prepurchase inspections, pretty much everything didnt escape her knowledge. And lastly, the door was left wide open if i ever have any questions in the future. I am very lucky to have her in my corner and look forward to working with Kathy again down the road.
