ZillowVERIFIEDI was very happy that we choose to work with Kathleen. She is exceptionally responsive! After choosing her I heard from many neighbors that they were familiar with her so she had strong recommendations after the fact. She's very well connected in the area which is always helpful. She gets top stars in my opinion.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen is the ultimate Real Estate Professional. She in experienced, knowledgeable and truly a pleasure to work with. Kathleen sold our house in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, there were several new and unique challenges that Kathleen had to overcome during the sales process (including keeping everyone safe during the showings.) Kathleen was able to patiently maneuver through the process (while at the same time keeping us calm.) I would highly recommend Kathleen to anyone buying/selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen did a fantastic job selling my parents home in Pawtucket. She is very personable, energetic, diligent with follow up and constantly kept me informed on how the sales process was going. As soon as we signed on with her we immediately had a large number of showings with qualified buyers. We did much better on the house price than we imagined we could. I highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Coutu treats you like she only has you as a client. She usually responds immediately or if busy within a very reasonable time frame. She is professional yet very caring. She understands the stresses of both selling and buying a home. Her advice to me about staging my home was spot on and I sold my house in less that a month! Joyce

ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen had set up an appointment to show me an apartment at the beginning of the week (Monday) for Saturday. come Saturday, I traveled 45 minutes to meet her and she wasn?t there, upon calling her she informed me that the place had been rented. It was super unprofessional that our meeting had not been canceled and I had to find this out by contacting her once arriving to the apartment at the agreed upon time. I would not recommend Kathleen for this reason, she should have communicated this to me in order to not waste my time. Very inconsiderate.

ZillowVERIFIED We hired Kathleen Coutu last June, 2013, to sell our 2 family house. We wanted a local agency to represent us. During our initial meeting, we found Kathleen very knowledgeable in her field. Kathleen was able to answer all our questions, as well as address all of my related concerns. Kathleen is not pushy . Her no pressure style made for very comfortable and informative interactions. Just one week ago, Kathleen sold another 2 family house for us. We required more legal assistance in this sale and Kathleen went the extra distance. She also kept us informed throughout the entire process and was extremely prompt in returning all telephone calls and emails. Thank you, Kathleen. Sally & Tony Veltri

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Coutu, when I first met her 8 years ago, right off her appearance was class; I saw honest appearance at first and I was correct. Not pushy at all!; if you want to use her you will see what I saw and agree with what I just said and time will prove that, Thomas Keron
