Kathy and Ben did a fantastic job in selling our home. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We sold our home in three days. We especially appreciate how Kathy kept us apprised of any issues that arose with the buyer and how she helped to resolve them. One area that could have used more attention was help with the title company. It has been more than 30 years since we sold a home and a little bit more of a heads up on actions that we needed to take with the title company would have been helpful. Having said that, everything worked out and we are thrilled with how quickly our home sold at over our asking price.

Kathleen Cislo was absolutely FANTASTIC to work with! Extremely attentive, patient, detailed and phenomenal communication and follow up skills. We found her by 'chance' by way of reaching out to her on another listing she had by clicking "contact listing agent" on Realtorcom. Although we didn't like 'that' house after just 15 minutes Kathleen mentioned another home that she felt would be a perfect fit...and she was RIGHT! I'm still very impressed that she's so skilled that after just 15 minutes she "knew" the right home for us, and it turned out to be the home we purchased!
