ZillowVERIFIED Kathleen went above and beyond to find me and my Partner our dream home. Her experiences in Deleware County, PA help tremendously in us purchasing our home within two short weeks of looking during the 2021 housing craze. Her 25+ years of experience was invaluable in allowing us to secure our home under asking and to receive the inception of the property. I would recommend Kathleen to anyone who is looking for an inclusive relator who will always put her clients first.

ZillowVERIFIED Katheleen helped me sell my house on the upside of a down market when I was very skeptical that I could afford to use a realtor. I was initially going to sell myself because I didnt think I would make a profit but Kathleen convinced me she could do it and she did. She sold my home in 3 months for 30K more than I was going to list it for. I walked away with alot more than expected. I would recommend her as realtor anytime.
