The Team at Imagination Realty is fantastic. After being relocated from Chicago, we were renting in Celebration until we found our next home. We had attended many open houses over several months, when we walked into one that Kathy was hosting. She took the time to talk to us about the home she was hosting as well as Celebration in general. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and was willing to answer all our questions and concerns. She was unlike any other realtor that we had ever met, she truly loves the area and connecting people with the community and their perfect home. At that moment we were confident that she was going to be the one to help us find our perfect home. We were the opposite of a realtors perfect customer. Already having a home in Chicago and being comfortable in our rental, we were in no hurry and were unsure what we truly wanted out of a home in Celebration. We looked at everything from three bedroom townhomes to large estate homes. We attended open houses and then asked the Imagination Realty team to show us others. They showed us over 25 homes in the 2 years we were looking. All that effort with no real end in mind, they never once pressured us nor complained that we were taking up their valuable time. They were knowledgeable of each home and were willing to tell us their true assessment. Their integrity is impeccable, we were confident that we had experts representing our best interest. The best part of Imagination Realty is that they are a team. Kathy, Bruce, Shelia and Ann? they all knew us and each was helpful with all our questions and requests. The entire team went out of their way to help us and give us their best advice. When we did find our home, Imagination Realty was instrumental into guiding us through the process. Celebration is unlike most markets, so their expertise was invaluable. Kathy was able to communicate our situation to the sellers and help us navigate the best method of negotiation. I am confident that the only reason we were able to be successful in securing our new home was because of Imagination Realty. I cannot give a bigger recommendation for Imagination Realty.
