Kathleen Boggs-Shaner

I grew up in Oaklyn and Collingswood, and graduated from Collingswood High School. I've lived in Haddonfield since 1991, where both of my children graduated from Haddonfield High School.

I spent 30+ years in sales, marketing, and business development working for major corporations, family businesses, and running my own business. I made the best career decision of my life transitioning this experience to a real estate career. I received my NJ real estate license in the spring of 2003. Initially, I joined Coldwell Banker's referral network, and in January 2006 went full-time joining Prudential Fox & Roach's Haddonfield office (now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Realtors).

I received the prestigious New Jersey Monthly Magazine's Five-Star Real Estate Professional award seven years in a row - 2012-2018 (representing the top 1% of New Jersey realtors for industry knowledge & client satisfaction as of 2018), the 2010, 2012-2017 NJAR "Circle of Excellence" distinction, 2017 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Fox & Roach Presidents Circle Award, 2013-2016 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach Leading Edge Society (top 7% of BHHS, Fox & Roach agents), as well as Prudential's PREA Honor Society in 2010-2012.

I'm thoroughly familiar with the local geography and well versed on how the individual real estate markets are performing within each community. Service and communication are #1 with me. I consider my relationship with clients a partnership and I am always prepared to go the extra mile to achieve my clients' goals.
