However, from the initial interview until we left for our home in Tennessee, they truly were The Bergansky Team !We came to Ohio from TN because of a sudden death in the family and having to deal with the sale of property in a place of which we had no knowledge and information. We interviewed another agent who never reappeared and left us somewhat discouraged. Then we interviewed Kathleen and Dennis. Their knowledge of the local sale process and the homes in the area convinced us that we should use them to market and sell the property.Kathleens pre-listing efforts paid off quickly and the property transaction closed within 2 months. Kathleen kept us informed about what was going on each step of the process. As the closing approached, the other half of The Bergansky Team moved into action.
