ZillowVERIFIEDKathie was spot on when listing my 2 family home. From suggestions to preparing my home for sale to pricing perfectly for my location to entertaining the multiple offers and receiving overbids, I could not have completed the sale so quickly without Kathies expertise. The knowledge she brings to the table is invaluable when dealing with the sale process. I have recommended her to people in the past because I knew of her business so when it came time for me to sell, it was a no brainer to ask her to assist me! My brother intends to use her expertise when he sells next year and we then intend to work with Kathie when buying a home my brother and I can age in. Kathie was very responsive to all the questions I had since I had never sold a home in the past. She explained how the process works every step of the way. I will continue to recommend Kathie Godfray but I can now recommend her from my first hand knowledge.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie did an excellent job of communicating with us throughout the whole buying process. She always let us know the next step to take as well as all of our options. She went above and beyond to help us in multiple ways. We were out of the country during the inspection so she met the inspectors at the house and filled us in on every detail! Kathie made the buying process as smooth as could be. We cannot recommend her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie was great to work with, especially for first time home buyers. She's very responsive and is available to answer any questions and explain how things work. She showed us every house we wanted to see and suggested areas and houses we weren't aware of based on things we were looking for. In this tough market right now, she was really encouraging that we'd find something we loved within our price range, and we did!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie Godfray and her team made the whole process easy and streamline. Being that I was out-of-state, I had no worries that she and her team would successfully sell my late mother's house. They answered all my questions and considered all my options on selling the property.

ZillowVERIFIED The rental property I listed with Kathie needed some updates. I had a choice to list the home as is or invest in updates. Kathie suggested the updates prior to listing. The investment paid off. The property received 3 solid offers in 3 days. Signed an agreement to sell in 5 days. Kathie's expertise paid off.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie Godfrey is the best! She knows so much about all the aspects of selling and buying homes. She helped us do both, she was very happy to answer questions and give good advice. She is the reason we were able to not only sell our home, but to also purchase our dream home. I'm so grateful she was involved in this complicated yet exciting chapter in our lives. I can not begin to tell you how much she did for us! I highly recommend Kathie, she is an amazing realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Kathie as an out-of-town executor of my father's estate. I had interviewed other realtors, but Kathie had a grasp and plan to immediately determine a reasonable value of the property and a plan to market it. She had comps and other data to back up the value of the property and her recommended marketing plan. She was head and shoulders over her competition.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie is superb in what she does. She helped me find my house in a timely manner and helped me negotiate a great price in a hot market on my first home. I would not be in the fantastic position (appraised $5,000 more than I paid for it immediately) I am in now without her knowledge, negotiating skills, and expertise. I highly recommend her for anyone, whether you are a first time home buyer, a seasoned home buyer or investor.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie Godfray was great to work with! As a first time home buyer, we were unsure of the process and what our steps were. Kathie walked us through the whole way and helped to put us at ease. She was always extremely responsive and set up showings right away. Also, she helped point out certain things in houses that we didn't even think to be looking at. She quickly picked up a feel for the type of home that we wanted and helped us find that house. I would highly recommend Kathie to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie was absolutely wonderful to work with as first-time home buyers. She made the process absolutely seamless, from scheduling private visits to homes, to walking us through the offer, purchase agreement, inspections, etc. I honestly don't know if we would have been able to get the house that we got at the price that we were able to without her help. We valued honesty, responsiveness, and expert opinion the most in our realtor, and Kathie exemplified each of these qualities. She helped us pick the house that was best for us, but did not push us in any way - we never felt rushed or pressured at all. She was willing to travel to several different cities with us, as we weren't sure what area we wanted to be in, and was patient with us and extremely quick in scheduling us viewings. From start to finish, we truly valued having Kathie by our side during home buying. I cannot recommend Kathie enough to anyone in the home buying process.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers, Kathie helped us figure out what was most important to us by lining up several options in our first appointment (including the house we ended up buying!). She helped us decide how to approach a potential multiple offer situation. She gave us good information on the risks of waiting to make an offer without us feeling pressured or rushed. She really came through for us when our mortgage banker dropped the ball and convinced the sellers to be patient and move forward with the sale. She's great to work with and very honest. Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Godfray was fantastic! We were first time home buyers who didn't have a clue what we were doing; Kathy was extremely responsive and willing to go anywhere to show us a home. Kathy had connections with local loan providers in our area whom she connected us with when our own bank wasn't responding quickly. She always had an answer to our questions. She was able to get us into our home sooner than expected and provided great insight on making a good offer that would get us what we wanted. We learned a lot about the process working with Kathy.

ZillowVERIFIED I'm pretty tough when it comes to writing reviews because I expect a lot and I'm sure kathie can agree ;) I had worked in the past with several realtors and I was never even close to being impressed. I never felt like any realtor had my interests in mind, or that they didn't care enough to ask the right questions to find out which homes would work best with my family. Kathie was incredible. She was very impressive. She found houses for us and would call us to set up appointments to see homes which no other realtor had done. Every other realtor would tell us to let them know when we found a house which always added to the stress. I always thought she was acting in my best interest, she was very helpful to me in terms of explaining how things work since this was my first home. She was promt in answering calls or returning messages. She ALWAYS got work done quickly which was the first thing I appreciated with Kathie. I definitely recommend her. If you want someone reliable and someone who is going to get things done, work with Kathie.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie bent over backwards to be available at our convenience. She sold our home quickly in a tough market, by holding open houses and, most likely, with a charming attitude. Later, Kathie was a huge help in showing us many homes and being honest, non-judgmental, and patient. She followed up on every detail, keeping us informed of the sales and financing processes and status. She is a true professional and we wholeheartedly recommend her services to both sellers and buyers, first-timers or those looking for their next dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathie at first did show me her home listing, but as time went on Kathie scheduled an appointment for me & her to go & look at a another house it wasn't her listing & never showed up. She just stood me up. I don't understand why she couldn't call & cancel the appointment. I called her phone & just got her voice mail & I texted her phone & she wouldn't answer. I waited a half an hour for her & she wouldn't show up. This is how she treats her customers. I would not work with her ever again.

ZillowVERIFIED Did not prepare for our viewings at all. Had little knowledge of properties we were viewing. Was VERY pushy and kept trying to show us listings of hers in an area we specifically said we did not want to look. Do NOT work with this woman. You are better off going on your own.

ZillowVERIFIED When my husband & I were just looking for a home we walked into an open house that Kathie was showing and were instantly struck with how gracious and caring she was. At that time we did not purchase a home but kept her card for future contact. Some time later we contacted her to help us sell a home that we have inherited and she was surprised that she had made such an impression on us that we got in contact with her. Kathie worked very hard to sell that home and we were extremely happy. Shortly after that we started again to look for a home and she was always there to show us around. We purchased a home after about 6 months of shopping and are now having her help us to sell another family home! Kathie will work diligently with someone to make sure they find the home they are looking for!
